Normal sales policy
Normal Processing time is 3 to 6 days to allow processing of credit card information. After it in moved into the processing stage where it is picked, packaged, and made ready for shipment. Final inspection (complete system) the it packed according to shipping standards.Please allow normal shipment times, normally 6-8 days by ground shipment, quicker if you select overnight or other shippping means for delivery. Shipping is extra and is according to UPS standards,weight and is caculated online with your purchase at checkout.
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Your order can be cancelled prior to packaging and shipment. FEES WILL APPLY (15% of total order)
Once shipment have been made you must follow the return policy as described below.
Return Policy
Products sold by Computers Parts Extreme are covered by our 15-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 15-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below.
All returns covered under our 15-day return period are subject to the following:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Computers Parts Extreme must accompany all returns.
To obtain your RMA number you must email RCSM services ATTN: Computers Part Extreme at rcsmservices@hughes.net or rcsmservices@yahoo.com
RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was SHIPPED. After 15 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
Computers Parts Extreme will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund. Computers Parts Extreme will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances for these item.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
25% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
After 15 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.
Opened Software, Refurbished Products, and Special Order Items
NO REFUNDS are accepted for any items in these categories.
Products that are defective can only be returned for repair/replacement.
Arrangement for a return must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned in the 15 day return period
After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns
Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus applicable shipping and handling fees
Computer system shipping policy

We test each computer before shipping to ensure proper operation so it can ready for use. Warranty is 1yr Parts and Labor handled by RCSM Services Computer Parts Extreme division.
Shipping and handling are not covered under warranty.
Additional charges may accure if unit is not covered under warranty but customer will be notified prior to any non-warranty repairs needed by form of a estimate and a authorization to repair form signed and payment made prior to repairs.
RMA is required to return system for warranty repair.
Warranty Service
For warranty service, please contact manufacturer of product to obtain warranty service as Computer Parts Extreme does not handle manufacturers warranties. If Computer Parts Extreme is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

By placing an order at Computer Parts Extreme, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized Computer Parts Extreme to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. Computer Parts Extreme reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
